XD Fastener carries a variety of durable washers intended to fit under the head of a fastener in order to increase the hold of the fastener or to increase the bearing surface.
XD Fasteners carries a wide variety of washers. From standard flat washers to machine screw washers to toothed lock washers, we can supply the washers you are looking for. Our off the shelf washers include the following standard sizes, ASTM F436, USS, SAE, Fender washers, Mil-Carb, and Type B flat washers, split lock washers, internal, external, internal/external lock washers, and high collar lock washers.
XD Fasteners also carries a full metric line of washers as well. It includes Din 125 A/B flat washers, Din 433 small series flat washers, Din 9021 fender washers, Din 127B split lock washers, Din 7980 split high-collar lock washers, Din 6797 external tooth lock washers, Din 6797 Internal tooth lock washers, Din 6798 external and internal tooth serrated lock washers.
We carry these styles in low carbon and in through harden material. Besides our import line, we also carry domestic standard washers as well.
If you are looking for a washer that is not off the shelf, we can make washers specifically to the dimensions, material, and plating that you need. Our custom runs can be as low as 1000 pieces all the way to hundreds of thousands. We can supply washers as small as 0.062 inside diameter all the way to 12". If you are looking for thin washer (0.002" thick) to a thicker washer, 1/2" thick, we can supply it. We can also supply the plating you need, from common zinc, zinc/yellow to magni coatings. We can do special washers in many materials, from steel, to harden steel, brass, plastic, various grades of stainless steel, exotic materials such as Inconel, silcon bronze, and many more
