About this item

• This round insert tube nut is the most ideal for a tube with an inner diameter of 0.75 inches (3/4) no matter the thickness of the tube.
• Directions: Use the guide photo as a reference. Place the tube nut with the flanges angled upward (shown in photo) at the opening of your desired tube. Then press the tube nut into the tube until the flange is slightly lower than flush to the edge, about 1/4 inch (shown in photo, you may have to use a small object to press the nut lower than flush). NOTE: The star wing flanges will slightly bend inward when being pressed into the tube, this is to get the best fit possible and to ensure the nut is secure inside the tube. Depending on the use case, thread locker may be applied to secure the bolt/screw inserted in the tube nut.
